Kelly Michelle Stables is a St. Louis Missouri native who performed in The Muny Opera. The University of Missouri Columbia awarded her with a degree as a cum laude theatre and Communication. After moving from Missouri to Los Angeles she quickly got involved in acting for theater and choreographing in over 2 dozen plays and musical productions like The Little Foxes Brady Bunch: The Musical Peter Pan at the Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera and 7 title roles in LA's award-winning Storybook Theatre. Kelly was able to secure roles in television and films as she studied improvisation with The Groundlings. Her distinct voice and diminutive height has let her perform a range of bright characters. Her name was well-known to the general public for playing the role of the evil Samara along with Naomi Watts, in The Ring 2. However Kelly is more well-known for her bright and cheerful receptionist on Two and a Half Men. Kelly was a paralegal and party animal on TV Land's The Exes as a series regular from 2011-2015. In addition she appeared as the main Regular in ABC Romantically Challenged where she played the sassy sexpert younger sibling that is Alyssa Miano. The show also featured her as the suburban mother who is stressed on CW No Tomorrow. She has lent her soprano singing voice to a variety of cartoons including Doc McStuffins Tom & Jerry and Sofia the First. Most recently she can be known as the dim, but charming Cloud 9 employee on NBC's super-hit comedy Superstore. She has a private life which is quiet having two kids who are younger than 5 years old. She loves to sew and write and volunteers in various school activities.
