American actress Alexandra Hetherington Breckenridge. She began her career with supporting roles in the teenage comedy films Big Fat Liar (2002) and She's the Man (2006). On the FX series Dirt the actress played Willa McPherson as reporter. She also played the supporting role on the show with a short run The Ex List. In the FX's debut season of American Horror Story, she starred as Moira O'Hara's young character. She then played Kaylee in season three. She portrayed Jessie Anderson in the AMC series The Walking Dead and Sophie in the NBC series This Is Us. She is also the voice of various characters in the animated comedy series Family Guy. She is currently voiced by Melinda "Mel" Monroe who is the main character of Netflix's series Virgin River. Breckenridge was born in Darien in Connecticut. She relocated to California with her mother at the age of 10. They went through a few different places for a year before they settled in Mill Valley. Breckenridge became fascinated by photography, acting as well as singing around the age of 13. She moved to Los Angeles with her mother when she was 15 years old, to pursue her acting career.
